Incorrect type of Residual Current Device (RCD / GFCI) or Residual Current Monitor (RCM) used with the drive.
Solução
Use a Type A or Type F RCD/GFCI/RCM for single-phase drives connected to a phase and neutral conductor. Use a Type B RCD/GFCI/RCM for three-phase devices and single-phase devices not connected to a phase and neutral conductor.

Death, serious injury, or equipment damage.
