Phase loss or Undercurrent
Power-on. Reset key. Auto-reset. DIx. Check all connections of the Soft-Starter to the power line, the motor connections, the voltage levels of the power line, the fuses, circuit-breakers and disconnecting switches. Check for loose contact in the connections. Check for starting problems with the input contactor. Check if input fuses are blown. Check for incorrect programming of the Motor Current trimpot. Ensure motor current consumption is not lower than required for phase loss protection to work.
LED Phase Loss Flashing. At starting: no voltage in power supply terminals (R/1L1, S/3L2 and T/5L3) or motor is disconnected. With motor running: current stays below programmed value longer than programmed time. Trips when current circulating is less than 20% of the value adjusted at the Motor Current trimpot.
