Check for phase fault in the three-phase network, short-circuit or thyristor fault. Verify if the motor is connected and if the motor connection is correct. Check for driving problems with the input contactor or blown input fuses. Check if the 'Motor Current' trimpot or P105 is programmed correctly. Check if motor current consumption is lower than required for actuation of the phase loss protection.
